In addition, the surface can be customised with the logo or colours of your company, so you can easily match their style to that of your establishment.
This type of call button is available with one, two or three keys. With the three-button option your customers will be able to call the waiting staff, cancel the call and ask for the bill. This calling system allows customers to easily and discreetly call a member of the staff without disturbing other customers, patients or guests, without interrupting anyone and without mistakes.
Components of our smallest call buttons
The system consists of call buttons, or transmitters, which send the signal, and a watch-type receiver with an LCD touchscreen display that receives the signal. However, it is also possible to use a rectangular display monitor that works as the central hub where all calls are received. Both the display and watches can be used together or separately, using one or the other receiver, depending on the specific needs of each establishment or venue. In addition, range extenders can be used to extend the signal range as needed.
It is also important to note that the watch receiver comes in two versions, depending on the staff’s preference. First, we have the most popular type: a wristwatch. And then, there is a belt-clip type. This device features fast charging, which takes only 1.5 hours, and is splash-resistant.
The display has a touch panel and in response to a signal, alerts can be audible and/or visual (by a flashing light). The monitor must be plugged into the mains and can be mounted on the wall using a specific bracket, or on the bar, if preferred.
Healthcare range
Our Advanced Call System offers a range of products that have been specifically designed for the healthcare sector. Hand-held call buttons have been built to meet the needs of healthcare environments. They usually consist of a pear-shaped call button with a lead that can be placed near hospital beds, in nursing homes or healthcare centres. The lead is extendable, allowing patients to contact the nurse without leaving the bed. In addition, it comes with a cradle so it can be easily hung on the wall, either by using an adhesive tape or screws. It is also worth mentioning that these hand-held nurse call systems have two buttons: call and clear, which allows the staff to clear patients’ calls once the call has been answered.
Also available within this product range is another call system that is perfect for bathrooms, consisting of a pull cord transmitter with a handle. This pull cord system is the most popular option for accessible toilets and changing rooms as they allow users to call for assistance while they are alone in the room. The staff at the control point can immediately recognise the signal and who needs help. Pull cords for bathrooms are activated automatically when the cord is pulled.
In addition, this system can be set up to work with corridor lights that will light up outside the room where the call was placed. These indicator lights can be programmed to light up in different colours so the staff can easily recognise which call button was used to place the call. This visual signal can also be combined with an audible signal, for those who preferred to have both types of alerts.
Time and call monitoring
As an added feature, real-time call monitoring software is also available to be used with this system. Thanks to this software, all calls can be tracked instantly, with information on call location, time of notification and handle time. Data can also be exported to Excel for further analysis. With this software, you can easily keep track of response times and the number of calls placed from each call button, regardless of the type.
