Our Basic call buttons offer a simple and practical solution and are specially designed to provide a hands-on service. This type of push button offers a reliable system with a solid and robust design and good coverage, but with no extra features.
In addition, this type of table call buttons are highly resistant to water and can easily withstand splashes of water. So, they are specially recommended for terraces, beach or pool tables, and areas where water splashes are likely to occur.
One-key or Three-key Call Buttons
Two options are available: with 1 or 3 buttons. The one-button option provides a simple way to call your staff with the push of a button. On the other hand, the three-button option allows users to do much more than just calling. Your customers will also be able to cancel the call and request the bill to the waiting staff. With this three-key call button, the staff will know at a glance when a customer asks for the bill, without hand gestures or shouting.

How do Call Buttons work?
Push buttons can be placed directly on the table using a sticker, or mounted on an acrylic menu holder, which makes them more noticeable. There are two types of stands: a basic stand, which consists of a smooth and clear base; and an acrylic menu holder, which is designed to fit the push button and where you can display your menu, a QR code or a personalised insert.
How to use: Basic Push buttons
When the customer presses the button, a signal is sent to a receiver, either a watch or a display, or even to both devices at the same time. Then, when the alert is received, the receiver vibrates and flashes a light to notify the staff.
You can choose the type of receiver that best suits your needs, as our call buttons work well with either type of receiver (watch or display). This system is fully programmable and allows up to 200 push buttons to be added with each watch. You can also split the notifications according to coverage areas or groups according to your needs.
In addition to shortening waiting times, this system eliminates the need for shouting, or making hand gestures trying to catch the waiter’s attention in order to be served.
