Manage Customers’ Waiting Experience
The Black Disc queue manager is a redesign of the Disc pagers, offering a new look with a matte black finish, a flatter surface and sharper lines, but with the same round shape. As a result, they offer easy cleaning and an exceptional resistance to drops and shocks. With its new and elegant look, this pager has quickly become the new favourite in the hospitality industry.
Main features of coaster pagers
First, it is important to note that these pagers can be stacked for easy charging and storage. In addition, the round central base can be used to promote your brand by adding the logo or slogan of your company. But there are also many other ways clients can customise these pagers, like adding a QR code, a message or an image of their choice.
Another key point to bear in mind is that thanks to this type of wireless communication technology, no internet connection or external networks are required for these pagers to work, so they can help improve operational efficiency without installations or structural alterations in the facilities. Easy, quick and convenient.
Benefits of disc pagers
This type of paging system is the perfect solution to create a better customer experience especially when clients need to wait while their order or table is being prepared. Thanks to our Black Coaster pagers, customers are free to move around freely and even leave the premises and wander nearby while they wait, knowing that they will be notified automatically as soon as their order or table is ready. And if by any chance a customer wanders too far out of range, the pager will sound an alert to inform them that they need to get back within range. Likewise, an alert will also be triggered if a customer accidentally takes a pager with him/her and leaves the transmitter’s coverage area.
In the same way, when a customer needs to be contacted, a member of the staff must simply press the pager number on the transmitter base to activate the alert. The pager will then notify the customer with three different types of alert: flashing red LED lights around the device; a continuous beep sound; and a vibration through the back of the pager.
A smart solution for your business.
