Push buttons are a convenient and practical solution for easy remote call management. Our push buttons use radio frequency (RF) to send the corresponding information by means of electromagnetic waves. Radio frequency allows two or more separate devices to communicate without the use of cables or other physical means. So there is no need for a Wi-Fi connection, installations orstructural alterations.

How do Call Buttons work?

Wireless technology improves system operability, which results in better customer service and internal coordination. By placing push buttons in strategic locations, such as tables, bars, service or access points, stalls, distribution lines or loading and unloading bays, either customers or staff members can easily call for service or report an incident at the push of a button.

The signal is then received by a separate device. This device can take many forms: a wristwatch, a pager with a belt clip, a display, a light indicator, monitoring software… When they receive the alert, they will either display a message or beep (or flash a light or vibrate, depending on the type of alarm chosen). This way, you can quickly notify the person carrying it or whoever is in charge of receiving notifications.
