How does it work?

This system allows your team to accurately locate customers and deliver their orders faster, so you can turnover tables more quickly and increase profit margins.

After placing an order, the customer is given a tracker and is then free to find a place to sit comfortably and wait while their order is prepared. Customerscan choose the table they want to sit at, placing the tracker unit on the table, in the area designated for this purpose. If a customer decides to change tables, it is not a problem. The tracking system will provide up-to-date information in real time. When your customer’s order is ready, a member of the staff just needs to take a look at the screen to know where the customer is seated and deliver the food to the right table, allowing you to provide a quick and effective service with confidence and accuracy in no time.

Main features of table trackers

In addition to locating and communicating the table number or area where a customer is located, table trackers also work as regular guest pagers, thus offering a dual function. After placing a takeaway order, customers are free to wait or wander nearby while their order is prepared. When their order is ready, they will receive an alert on their pager so that they know they can go back and collect their food.

By looking at the display, your staff will be able to see how long customers have been waiting thanks to an intuitive and simple colour-coded tracking system. Based on the average service time, the system can be programmed to alert staff when a customer has been waiting for their order longer than usual.
